I was able to finally contact Ms. Lizardbeth about the piece I would like to have done with her as the artist. And got told that she wouldn't be open for commissions for a while. That is fine. But she said something about checking her journal on Fur Affinity when her commission status would be open. Did that as well.

So guess how happy I was to see commission status was open! Then watch as my heart shattered to pieces as it was just items on FurBid. Don't get me wrong. I don't mind artists making money. But what is the point of saying your going to a commission or even have commission prices if all your going to do is place up on a auction website? I really wanted her to do the picture. I guess it is all for the best anyway. I spent all the money I could really afford on the picture on other things.

Now before going off and saying I didn't even try to bid... Your wrong. I did. I went as high as 150 for both of her pieces. Which to me is a bit to much anyway. She is good. NOT THAT GOOD. I was really sad to find that both the other beings wanted more pay her more than I did. What was the point of that? Don't list your prices if the only thing your going to do is put them up for auction. Just say "I'm putting up what I want for this minimum amout. Bid as you like." Saves someone who wants to commission an artist personally the paranoia that comes with contacting a new artist. Or at least I was paranoid when I thinking of how to contact her.

Again it is probably for the best. I have money. I'm not dirt broke poor. Just can't afford her prices on FurBid when I had the 120 she had said was her normal rate.

I just sent an email to an artist whom is kinda famous in the Furry world. Her website is http://www.lizardbeth.net/ and I'm going to see if she has any commission slots open. I hope I did not sound to pushy or something.

It is always hard to email an artist which you have no contact with (and being a fan of their artwork) and not try to sound to much like a fanpix. I'm probably just being paranoid about it.

And I know that I usually commission Kalika but I've heard she does not like to draw fish type characters. So I didn't go with her this time. Though she probably is going to get one from me because I think I want a full pink cabbit and I want it soon.... :D

Well it isn't posting in any journals I tell ya. ><() I swear I love my friends. I just don't have much to talk about. I mean my life is kinda boring. (Unless you like being who play CCGs and RPGs in the off time from their work.)

But I have shave my legs (and this week the rest of my body) for three weeks in a row. That is like a record for me. I am very happy with myself in the fact that I can do that.

Well besides updating here in twice in a month. >>

I shaved my legs, chest and under arms again. I'm happy for myself. I didn't think after my shaving incident I would try again. But I did. No major cuts just some scraps really. I'm uber proud of myself. :)

Well seems I have forgotten to update this in a long while. Sorry about that. My bad. Just been having a busy life. Like out there. Beyond my computer screen. Probably some of you have moved on some of you might not have. Well thank you again for staying.

Let me see what has happened since the last time I wrote...

Well I am now in like 5 I mean 7 table top RPs now. One a Marvel TSR game with one of my new favorite characters a fish alien called Karma. (Yes I know that karma is a game mechanic but she was named that way anyway. :P) That one is on Friday. I have two games on Saturday. One is a DnD 3.5ish campaign setting with Selilla, a character based off my World of Warcaft character. The other game is RIFTS with me playing a blind Warrior Woman from Atlantis. I'm beginning to like her. On Sunday I have another DnD this time 4th Edition with me playing a female fighter named Karma (no relation to the other Karma ><.) On Monday I am in a DC Universe RP with me playing my favorite character in comics Raven. Yes. The Raven. I <3 her a lot. :D On Tuesday I'm in a Star Trek game where I play a Comms officer who is half Orion/Cardassian who looks like a slut but she isn't. On Thursday I play or may not play in another 4th Edition DnD game. Depends on me mood that day.

I am on unemployment currently till my job at RGIS starts back up. I love the job and I am going to continue to working there. So all of you can kiss my bootah! :P

As for the games I am currently playing... I'm playing World of Warcraft (yes I got the expansion and yes I got the special edition. Pfffft)
I love the game though I am piddling about on City of Heroes/Villains. I've played it off and on but I think I will keep it to get the veterans stuffs. I think. I hope.

And on a private note.. I cut myself shaving my legs. Like three times. =(

Anyway. I have missed you all. Shame that I do not have a car though my mom said that because she helped just fix his truck she would try and locate a car for about five or six hundred. Or even seven hundred. I don't know.

I'm currently sitting at a hotel in Iowa. Relaxing before heading to bed. Typing and chatting. Which I haven't done that in a while. A lot of things been happening currently. Let me see...

My mom has a new car. And it is like really awesome omfg! It is Honda Civic 2009. Yes.. It is OOOOH NYNE! I got to drive like around the block. It was awesome and I loved it. It has power windows, power locks.. And other stuff that makes it a cool car. I hope my mom really likes it. Then again she did. Cause she picked it out.


I'm in two RPs currently. One is about my World of Warcraft character in a DnD setting. Which is very awesome. I love the game soooo much. Selilla is awesome and deciliosly evil!

My second RP that I am currently in is with my marvel character I created a few years ago named, Morphling. A Beast Boy ripoff but eh. I love her alot. She was originally in a RP which I helped kill and I never have seen my friends to do that RP again. So getting to play her at a younger age is a treat.

And I will soon in a third RP which I will get to RP Raven herself. I love Raven the character alot. Both the comics and animated show. So yeah. I get to RP her. Going to be awesome.


In two more weeks time my job goes into it's offseason. Which kinda sucks but oh well. I will enjoy it while I can before heading back to works when I can.

And my world of warcraft character Selilla has gotten alot of stuff recently! She has gotten 2 of the 22 slot bags and half way before doing the third one. Which I think will be all of the gold for bags I will spend before making gold to purchase a few alchemy recipes. Then I'll start saving gold for Wrath. I'm going to need a bucket for it omg. :D

Well it has been about three weeks since I posted here so I am sorry for that. I haven't had much going on in my life recently. Working a job. Paying rent. Eating food. Snuggling Flower. The usual.

Well there is some bit of news though it isn't mine. My mom's car is dead. Now granted that really doesn't affect me that much, just means I have to figure out when Justin is home so I get a ride from him to do laundry. And in case most of you didn't know I'm a momma vulpix. I love my mom a lot so yeah. I'm worried about it a little a bit.

Oh on a side note I started  playing an alliance hunter on my server. Yeah I know. I'm a traitor. But it is sooo much fun. Shooting stuff. Anyway I'll go for now. 

Well now that I am home from the week of work, I'll be going out again in about nine hours or so to do it all over again. Go go work. >< Well at least I will get paid to be out on the road and for food. (Won't show up till the next check but still). I rather be getting paid for it than not getting paid at all.

Jimmy finally had his game last Saturday. It was the first one in four or five months. I rather enjoyed being there again. But I feel awkward because my roommates are not allowed to go to the game. Because when they are both together they tend to clash with each other. As for taking them separately one is a rules lawyer and the other tends to space out while gaming. So it is a no go for both. And btw, I had no part in the decision making process. I was not even aware that they were not invited till like a month ago. A decision made by the other players, and not me. Like all of the other players. So even if I could try and talk on their behalf the others have spoken. I feel bad but meh. I don't really care either way.

My job has me on the road this week and for the next two weeks after that as well. So while I'll be getting good money for the travel. It means less time at home to snuggle Flower. I hate being on the road and not snuggling with her. Though that is life I guess. 

I'm currently using a friends of mine lappy. I will really like it when I get one of my own. It is a bit confusing and hard to find a good typing postion while lying in the hotel bed but meh. It'll have to.

Anyways I'm going to lay down to rest before work in the morning.

Forgive my not posting an entry for the past few days. My work has me running ragged. Though it pays the bills I tell you what. :)

Anyway I went to see Dark Knight again today. And I was again happy with it the second time of it. In fact I want to go see it again because I think is that good. The magic trick is awesome. Also the fact the title and the credits don't run at the beginning at all I like most of all. Just 'heres the movie enjoy!' The Joker makes that movie. If Heath's Joker was even a bit off it would have made the movie not as enjoyable.

Oh. And I'll be having live journal icons soon! I have commissioned kalika_tybera to make some for me. Go and check out her awesome work that she did for Flower and me. :)

And now to go and snuggle with that rattata. I haven't seen her in ages.

Well as I start this entry off I would like say that Batman is pretty sexy. A man in tights with a cape. I could never resist a man like that. Shame though he isn't to real. Well. Christian Bale is real enough I guess.

So as you might have guessed I went in saw the new Batman movie. And I should say that it was very good. The camera angles where awesome, the music was very mood setting. Christian Bale is still the best Batman I have seen. Gary Oldman(?) was spot on as Gordon. Aaron Eckhart was very good as Dent and as.. Well. If you need to figure out the last part you don't need to reading. :P And they even had Scarecrow in the opening of the movie. I like it when two movies tie up loose ends. And it was the same actor as Scarecrow too. Which again makes me a happy vulpix. :) =n.n=

Oh. I guess you want me to talk about Heath Ledger's acting as Joker. Well. Hmm. How should I respond to that. Haunting? I came home after the movie (which I will talk more about here in a second) and took at nap. I had a dream about his Joker. And it wasn't a good one! It is very good and makes you think that someone could become the Joker if they where that messed up in the head. In other words: OMFG HE WAS AWESOME as the Joker. I might have to get the rest of Heath's work to see if he was just that good. Hmm. We shall see. Anyway this movie gets 5 Flower's whiskers nummyness for it. I want to go see it again. And again. I tend not to want to go see a movie again but Heath's presence filled up the whole screen and theater.

Now after I finished with the movie I went out to eat at Chili's. Which I really should not have. Granted what I brought home was my dinner for tonight. But I ate a whole medium popcorn, a large soda, and all but about 1/16th of a bad of Reece's Pieces. Which meant when I got done with the two appetizers I didn't really have room for much more. Which meant that my Jack and Portabello steak fajitas where not as good as they could have been. Now before you go "omg you fat being TWO!?!?! appetizers" understand that one of my roommates drove me to the movie theater then to the place to eat.

Overall I had a very good day today. I went to see a movie which was very good. And had good food to eat to boot. Now. If only I could get some quality time with that rattata being who I love so much.... Then it would be the end to the perfect day. =n.n=
